We will ask you about your plans and we can explain how our service works.
Takeover zoom call 2-4 weeks before the wedding
You will hand over your master wedding day plan to include supplier details, contact numbers, timings and everything that you have planned. We will provide you with a master wedding day plan following the zoom for you to check.

Smart logistics to make your day perfect
The Wedding Takeover was born when I was planning my own wedding. I booked a blank canvas venue and organised the band, DJ, catering, florist, evening food, MC (you get my drift...) but my problem was that I wanted to pass the baton over to someone else on my big day. I didn't want a full planning or co-ordination service. I created the Wedding Takeover as a fixed-fee on the day co-ordination service.
The Wedding Takeover is perfect for couples who have planned their own day but do not want to spend their wedding day checking supplier arrivals, answering questions, watching the clock or telling the caterer when to serve dinner.
