Included as standard in the Wedding Takeover package, where you have already organised your wedding and you need a co-ordinator to execute your on-the- day plan:
- Free 30-minute discovery call
- Up to 120 minute takeover call 2-4 weeks before the wedding
- Review of your complete wedding day timeline
- Review of ceremony/ reception and suppler logistics
- Creation of a master day planning sheet, to be shared with you for you to check
- Venue and supplier co-ordination and management on the day
- Full timetable management on the day
- Keeping the wedding party where they need to be
- Troubleshooting and handling minor on the day issues
- 10 hours of on the day co-ordination
- The single point of contact on the day, so that you don't have to be

Our philosophy is built around the couple who has done all the wedding planning work themselves and wants to actually enjoy their day. We provide the professional coordination needed to ensure your vision is executed with precision and care.
In addition to this core philosphy, we believe in simple, clear and entirely transparent pricing. We offer a fixed fee service and the only add on costs will be travel costs and any additional hours co-ordination. We will provide a full fee estimate following your free zoom, so that you have clarity as to the costs before you sign with us.
